Not painful at all
I thought nipple clamps would be really painful but I still enjoy nipple play so I thought I'd try these. I love that they're adjustable so I can make them as tight or as loose as I want.

Surprisingly good for a first time toy
A friend of my wife's bought these for her as a bachelorette party joke. Little did she know that we're into some pretty kinky shit. We decided to give them a whirl anyways to see how they stood up to our every-day pair and were both surprised at the quality! The tension rods are easy to use and they can get pretty loose or as tight as we like it. I personally prefer a more heavy duty chain to yank her around with...but for a beginner product, these are more than sufficient. We'll keep them around.
